Jewel of the Domaine des Opies, Confidentielle (Confidential) is a sophisticated vintage dedicated to gastronomes.
Green and light, Confidentielle stands out by its extreme sweetness, its fruity taste and its distinct golden colour.
This pure olive oil comes from the oldest part of the domain, and is produced in small quantity: from 100 to 300 flasks per year depending on the climate conditions.
•100% natural olive oil with no treatment.
•Harvested in from October to November.
•Pressed in the mill between 24 and 48 hours after being harvested
•Decanted but not filtered.
•Conservation: Stainless storage tank with no addition.
